perfect base for exploring tokyo's landmarks and parks
I loved how easy it was to stroll to nearby attractions like the stunning Imperial Palace East Garden, just a quick 20-minute walk away, and the beautiful Suitengu Shrine, only a few steps from the hotel, making our city exploring super enjoyable.

Exceptional space with a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom family suite, remarkably large for Japanese standards. The location is fantastic, rich in local culture with close proximity to unique shops and eateries, including a convenient Family Mart next door. Staff engagement was a highlight. they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the furniture could use more sturdiness for better durability, and there are no gym facilities. Had a delightful coffee experience at the cafe downstairs, and I particularly enjoyed the delightful thick toast bread they served.

Spacious suites in a peaceful location
We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Family Suite, which was perfect for our family of five. The suite was roomy and well-equipped, including a kitchenette that helped with our picky eaters. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to a train station and shopping options. However, the customer service at the front desk could be more accommodating regarding local restaurant reservations.

The family's Two-Bedroom Suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I especially loved the calming lighting and the organized layout, making it easy for us to enjoy our time together.
More sturdy furniture for better stability would be nice.

I loved the spacious layout of the Two-Bedroom Suite. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The location near Ningyocho Station made getting around Tokyo super easy. I especially appreciated the two bathrooms—perfect for our family. The neighborhood had a good vibe, with plenty of local restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Our room was very clean and well-kept. On the downside, the beds weren't very comfortable. They were two single beds pushed together, which created gaps in the middle. The mattresses felt too soft for my preference. Additionally, the provided shampoo and body wash were not great, but that was a minor issue since we brought our own. All in all, we had an enjoyable time but the bed comfort could definitely be improved.

The area was much less crowded, with many
pleasant cafes and restaurants nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was comfortable and clean. However, there was a noticeable smell of Indian spices when I first entered, which could use some attention.
